Lara LaRoche serves as Practice Implementation Special Advisor between Franklin County Children Services and PCSAO.

In that role, Lara helps to facilitate Ohio’s shared practice model with the eight Cohort 1 counties implementing Practice in Action Together (PACT). She previously served as the Intake Division Director at Franklin County Children Services and is a member of the organization’s Executive Leadership team. She has worked in child protection for 30 years in the capacities of caseworker, supervisor, administrator, trainer, advisor, and guardian ad litem.

LaRoche has deep interest in exploring strategies that result in practice improvements as well as organizational culture and the supervision parallel process. Outside of her professional role, Lara and her partner spend their free time tending to their three unruly but especially adorable French bulldogs.
