Ghadir Amin serves as Initiatives Coordinator, supporting both Ohio START and PACT (Practice in Action Together).

Amin previously worked at LifeCare Alliance. She worked closely with volunteers in the Meals-on-Wheels program, ensuring efficient service delivery and fostering meaningful community connections. Passionate about helping seniors and individuals with medical challenges, she gained experience in volunteer engagement, program coordination, and process improvement. She is dedicated to creating supportive environments through her work, and she is equally committed to supporting children and families, from enhancing stability and well-being to ensuring positive outcomes through collaborative initiatives.

Outside the office, Amin continues to deliver meals as a LifeCare Alliance volunteer. An immigrant from Iraq, she believes that her experiences have shaped her passion for advocacy and public service.
