PCSAO announced today that former Program Coordinator Christine Morris has been promoted to the position of Ohio START Regional Manager.
As the Ohio START Regional Manager, Morris will help lead technical assistance for counties implementing Ohio START, a children services-led intervention model administered by PCSAO that helps families struggling with co-occurring child maltreatment and substance use disorder. In addition to overseeing technical assistance for Ohio START counties, Morris will manage Ohio START grants and review evaluation data to ensure Ohio START continues to meet state-level certification and Family First requirements for prevention services while meeting the needs of Ohio START counties.
“Christine’s promotion comes at an important time for Ohio START as we grow our reach to more counties,” said Ohio START Director Fawn Gadel. “Her leadership will help us continue to make a real difference for children and families in Ohio.”
Morris joined PCSAO in March 2022 with nearly two decades of experience in information services, communications and projects.
“It’s an exciting time to be part of this program,” Morris said. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to support the work Ohio START is doing across the state.”
