Episodes highlight a PACT Behavioral Profile from Ohio’s new Shared Practice Model.

In Episode 2, Mike and Ashley talk with Lamar King, speaker, teacher, trainer, and consultant. Lamar has lived experience as a child in the foster care system and has since created a life dedicated to helping youth, caregivers and professionals with the tools and inspiration to overcome adversity and build community. Lamar recently launched a Book Club for foster care and kinship providers by studying The 6 Needs of Every Child: Empowering Parents and Kids Through The Science of Connection, by Amy Elizabeth Olrick and Jeffrey Olrick, Ph.D. Join us as Lamar shares about how Book Clubs create spaces for vulnerability, sharing and healing. Lamar will also give us insight into how the book has helped him in his personal kinship journey.
